Your booking reaches the studio mailbox, [email protected]. Within two working days we reply by email, either with a beat sheet for your teaser or with a short list of what we still need. Your order is confirmed by that email, and once you approve the beat sheet a secure link follows to pay the deposit the beat sheet — nothing is charged before then, and you can walk away at that point owing nothing.
The studio is in Brighton, East Sussex, England, and works with launches across the UK and abroad entirely online; nobody needs to visit. Turnaround runs from beat-sheet approval. If your launch date is closer than the turnaround allows, say so in the brief and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.
